Customized Training Plans

  • Single Training Plans (no coaching)

    • For those seeking a training plan for any race distance

    • Appropriate for those who want to have a plan but don’t want any individualized coaching

    • What you can expect:

      • You’ll complete an intake form where you’ll provide the details of your race/event, your current level of training, and your running history.

      • Based off this intake form, I will build you a training plan for your race/event

      • You’ll receive the plan and you’re off to the races!

    • $125 per each single training plan
