  • For those seeking an individualized approach, I will work directly with you to build a personalized performance nutrition plan

  • Appropriate for anyone looking to improve endurance sport performance, energy levels, body composition, and a relationship with food

  • What you can expect

    • We will review your nutrition and health history, your goals, and the many aspects of your lifestyle that affect your nutrition

    • You’ll receive a personalized performance nutrition plan based on your goals

    • After the initial consultation, you can expect continued accountability and support. I will check in with you weekly, but you’ll also be able to direct message me at any time. 

Minimum 3-month commitment: $250 per month; or $700 if you wish to pay 3 months at a time
