Hello and welcome to Off Trail Coaching! I’m Todd, and I am a registered dietitian nutritionist as well as a certified running coach. I grew up as a kid with exercise-induced asthma whose idea of a good time was not getting his heart rate up, and certainly not by running! In 2011, I went on a personal journey that included my first half marathon and first marathon completion. You could say I caught the run bug. I learned a lot that year, from the power of sports nutrition to how involved training for these endurance events can be. During that year of transformation, I also felt a calling to help other endurance athletes.

Eventually, this took me down the road of becoming a dietitian, and later on, a run coach. My philosophy as a dietitian and a run coach is to meet you where you are. To me, there is no such thing asperfect when it comes to nutrition or training. That being said, I have personally seen how a quality approach to nutrition and training can impact performance, from setting my own PRs in 10K to marathon distance, to completing 100-mile races. I’m confident that we can unlock that in you!

My mission is to provide personalized and practical guidance to any individual seeking help for performance-based nutrition, running goals, or both. I have and will work with any level of endurance athlete, from those training for their first 5k to seasoned ultra distance runners.
